Our Principals, Resident Engineers, Project Managers, Inspectors, and Technicians possess comprehensive qualifications in all facets of construction management, including contract administration, inspection, quality control, materials testing, scheduling, and claims analysis and resolution.

We are exceptionally equipped to oversee and administer the construction of transportation projects. Our principals and staff have extensive experience in documenting construction surveying, inspection, testing, progress payments, change orders, and project closeout for transportation projects across federal, state, and local levels. Many of our employees have previously served with public agencies, providing them with in-depth knowledge of the specifications, standards, and regulations required to administer federal, state, and local contracts, including adherence to grant-mandated schedules and reporting requirements.
