Design + Build
Civil Solutions functions as a prime contractor and occasionally as a subcontractor. While we occasionally build projects that were designed by others, our primary focus is design + build projects. When our team designs the project, we can build it better, faster, and more cost effectively than others with fewer change orders and reduced cycle times because we own the relationship. We are passionate about construction, and communications within our team promote efficiency and excellence.

With decades of land surveying experience and a deep understanding of boundary, construction, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys, Jon brings seasoned leadership and technical expertise to our growing team. His addition marks an exciting milestone for ESE, allowing us to offer full-service civil engineering and surveying solutions under one roof.
