Civil Solutions functions as a prime contractor and occasionally as a subcontractor. While we occasionally build projects that were designed by others, our primary focus is design + build projects. When our team designs the project, we can build it better, faster, and more cost effectively than others with fewer change orders and reduced cycle times because we own the relationship.
