Civil Solutions (CSA) leads our Civil Design services across the Midwest, under the direction of Robert Bailey, P.E., LEED AP BD+C, Vice President of Engineering - Midwest. Our Midwest team specializes in supporting municipalities, school districts, developers, and contractors, with a proven track record of delivering roadway, utility, stormwater, and recreational infrastructure. With a focus on value engineering and practical design, CSA ensures that each project enhances the community it serves while maintaining cost control and constructibility.
Eastern Sierra Engineering (ESE) delivers Civil Design services throughout the Western United States, led by Christopher Schmitt, P.E., Vice President of Civil Engineering - West. Based in the unique mountain and desert environments of Nevada and California, ESE brings deep experience in complex site development, transportation projects, stormwater management, and recreation facilities. Our Western team emphasizes environmentally responsible solutions and resilient design approaches tailored to the demanding conditions of the region.
