He specializes in boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, and project management for complex civil infrastructure and land development projects.

Digital Twin Site Mapping – Rapid UAV & ALTA Survey Delivery

In support of a commercial real estate transaction, our survey team, led by Jon Loder, P.L.S., developed high-resolution digital twins of a commercial site using UAV-based mapping and ground control integration. With less than one hour of drone flight time and under three days in the field for boundary, control, quality checks, and utility ties, the project was completed and delivered within two weeks of notice to proceed.

When a portion of the site was later regraded, we performed a follow-up survey with a 9-minute drone flight, seamlessly updating the base mapping to maintain precision and project continuity.
